Our reputation in the industrial field soon had us receiving requests for our help in the office environment. This rapidly expanded to supplying office equipment and offering support contracts.
We offer the server based systems and network installations tailored to the client's requirements. The majority of the servers we supply are our own brand SCSI RAID systems. Workstations are our own brand too.
Over the past few years, the service contracts have grown to a large spectrum. Besides the usual office contracts linked to our industrial activities, we support charities, government agencies, library services and private schools including special needs.
In many instances we work closely with companies' own IT staff. However, not all our clientele have technical support in-house and in these circumstances we are the system administrators.
We offer support directly related to the clients' requirements. Some clients prefer the peace of mind of a fixed fee annual contract and others prefer to call us up ad-hoc. For example, we have sites where an engineer visits once a week and other sites where we rarely visit and they carry out there own maintenance as previously directed by us.
